A Different Kind of School

The Haven is a safe, flexible, and emotionally intelligent online learning community for learners aged 11–17 who are neurodivergent, anxious, or simply not thriving in traditional school environments.

We teach English, Maths, Science, Humanities and RSHE in short, live, online lessons with a maximum of 8 learners per group supported by mentoring, asynchronous content, and a warm community.

Whether your child is home educated, between placements, emotionally school avoidant, or just needs a reset we’re here.

Launched September 2025

Registrations now open. We offer:

  • Six 6-week blocks a year

  • 40-minute live lessons in English, Maths, Science, Humanities and RSHE.

  • A 12-week Back to Balance induction for anxious returners

  • A low-pressure, high-trust environment where learning is human again

Who The Haven is For?

  • Learners who are autistic, have ADHD or other neurodivergencies, sensory processing differences or anxiety (self-identification is valid)

  • Families seeking a trauma-informed, nurturing alternative to mainstream school

  • Students who want structure without pressure

  • Parents who want expert support, communication and flexibility
