What Happens Next
Thank you for your interest in The Haven. Below is what to expect from first enquiry through to your young person starting with us. We work to a rolling enrolment model — we welcome new learners at the start of each 5-week block where we have availability, and the dates below are the milestones for September 2026 entry.
Key Dates
• Interest registration: open now
• Discovery calls: rolling, throughout the year
• Enrolment for September 2026 entry: opens April 2026
• Onboarding pack and parent portal access: from June 2026
• Welcome Week (September 2026 cohort): w/c 31 August 2026
• Block 1, 2026–2027: Monday 14 September 2026
• Mid-year starts: available at the start of each 5-week block — speak to us
Onboarding Timeline
1. Discovery Call — A relaxed 30-minute video call with a member of our team, to understand your young person and answer your questions.
2. Enrolment Form & Registration Fee — Once you’ve decided to proceed, you complete the enrolment form and pay the one-time £252 registration fee.
3. Digital Onboarding Pack — You receive the parent and learner handbooks, timetable, login, and a soft-start calendar for Welcome Week.
4. Welcome Week — Meet the mentors; tech setup; wellbeing check-ins. Runs in the week before the start of each new cohort’s first block.
5. Lessons Begin — Your young person joins their first 5-week block
