Passion Projects & Pastoral Programme

I have been a teacher for sixteen years, originally training to teach PE before going on to teach a variety of subjects across every key stage. My career has included roles developing sport as a tool for students’ personal development, as well as leading whole-school personal development strategy.
Most recently, I spent two years at an online school supporting neurodivergent young people, where I developed personal development and post-16 curricula tailored to their needs.I’m passionate about helping young people thrive – supporting their mental health, improving access to education, building goal-setting skills, and guiding them toward their next steps and future careers.
Above all, I want to help students become the best version of themselves.
Outside of school, I’m a keen sports enthusiast, particularly basketball where I support the development of a local basketball club and coach an u10 girls team. I also enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my family.
